Returns/Exchanges

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Damages:  

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@wavvybabycribs.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Exchange Policy:

At Wavvy Baby Cribs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

How to request an exchange: To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@wavvybabycribs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you in completing the exchange process.

  1. Eligible Products: Our exchange policy applies to all products purchased from our online store, excluding final sale items.

  2. Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days days of receipt of your purchase.

  3. Condition of Product: Products must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Any damage, wear, or missing components will make the product ineligible for exchange.

  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including shipping the original product back to us and shipping the new product to the customer.
